Email archiving

The Meridian Email Manager has been configured in the environment to archive project-related messages. All messages are first imported into a single configurable folder and are then moved to respective folders based on keywords in the email messages. A configurable project sub-folder name is mandatory in order to store the messages.

On the virtual machine, email archiving is configured as follows:

• Email sent to the address projects@icmvoom.com are archived
• Messages should contain the word Meridian in the subject and contain message tags in the form of %project=<ProjectNumber>% where <ProjectNumber> is the project number to which the messages pertain
• Messages are automatically stored in the Emails sub-folder of the respective project
